Design Stage:
Brief - discussing your requirement and exchanging ideas utilising the architecture team key skill and flair for aesthetic, space and planning process
Feasibility Appraisal - appraising the viability to suit the site and budget and preparing the outline design proposal
Project Team - advising you of other necessary Specialist Consultants
Scheme Design - developing the outline design with you and your specialist consultants including presentation work to address planning consideration
Technical Stage:
Key skill and knowledge in assembling the building components whilst retaining the desired design quality
Detail Design Coordination - following receipt of planning consent from the Local Council we will develop the scheme design with you and your specialist
consultants to address Building Regulation and other statutory requirements
